Abigail Roberts, sports nutritionist at Bulk, says olive oil is a 'superfood' that can have a huge number of benefits if you have a shot of it every day for 30 days.
She said: "Olive oil, particularly extra-virgin olive oil, is one of the biggest superfoods. It is packed with antioxidant compounds, like vitamin E, oleacein, and oleocanthal.
