BBC Radio 5 Live host Mark Chapman has expressed his "incredibly protective" stance towards his colleagues following "exhausting" online criticism.

The broadcaster, who will be at the helm for the Paris 2024 Olympics coverage, once shared insights into the pressures of being in the public eye while working for the BBC.
