Nuno Espirito Santo didn’t show much sympathy for under-pressure counterpart Ole Gunnar Solskjaer ahead of Manchester United’s trip to Tottenham.
Solskjaer takes his side to North London in need of a morale-boosting win, with the pressure having been ramped up on the United boss following last week’s 5-0 thrashing by Liverpool.
He won’t be the only one facing questions over his position at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Saturday though. Nuno also faces intense scrutiny as Spurs boss, having made a less-than-convincing start to the season after being appointed during the summer.
His side sit a point ahead of United ahead of Saturday’s game, providing an added incentive for both managers as they look for a spark to ignite their seasons.
