lockdown measures come into force across Scotland today with face coverings becoming mandatory on public transport. Places of worship will be able to reopen for private prayer, however hygiene measures will be in place.
Dental practices will also be able to offer appointments to patients in need of urgent care. It comes as there were no new coronavirus deaths in Scotland from Sunday to Monday with the hospital death toll remaining at 2,472.
