The 34-year-old actor - who rose to fame on the Nickelodeon sitcom in his teens - is facing charges of attempted endangering children and disseminating matter harmful to juveniles, reports claim.
Drake - full name Jared Drake Bell - allegedly made the offence in December 2017. News 5 Cleveland, a local ABC affiliate, report that he was indicted by a grand jury in Cuyahoga County, Ohio.
Drake has pleaded not guilty to the charges and is free on a $2,500 bond. According to Fox 8 in Cleveland, Bell allegedly engaged in an inappropriate chat with a minor that "at times, was sexual in nature." In Touch Weekly report that his lawyer told them that
