Lawyer-to-the-stars Nick Freeman says Phillip Schofield should not be hailed "courageous" for coming out – because he had "deceived" his family for 27 years.
The motoring law guru – whose high profile clients have included David Beckham, Sir Alex Ferguson, Wayne Rooney, Jeremy Clarkson and Jimmy Carr – said he liked Schofield who was a `talented' TV presenter.
But he did not agree with the acclaim the married dad-of-two had received for announcing he was gay. Writing in Cheshire Life magazine Nick 64, said: "I like Phillip Schofield - he's a talented TV presenter and I've had the pleasure of being a guest on This Morning on many occasions.
