The Brazilian star picked up a groin strain in Wednesday's match, and now looks set for at least a month on the sidelines. It means the 29-year-old will now miss out on going up against his former team when PSG take on Barcelona in the Champions League last-16.
Neymar has complained a number of times about the rough treatment he has received from opponents in the past.
