Following the approval of a planning application, subject to specific conditions, Manchester Youth Academy (MYA) have announced £300k upgrades to the Rushford Park sports complex on Slade Lane in Levenshulme.
MYA has operated the park complex since 2014, when Manchester City Council agreed on a long-term lease for the charity in order to deliver community sport and youth activities.
The plans will see the previous games court resurfaced as a 3G football pitch, courtesy of funding from Biffa, providing two small-sided 5-a-side football
