paracetamol pills on a daily basis for four months, an inquest heard.Louise Waller, 39, had taken the pills because of abdominal pain, causing an accidental overdose and "irreparable harm".Her partner said she was taking pain medication every three hours and had "large handfuls" each time.It led to liver failure causing the mum of two to be rushed to hospital in September last year, Hull Live reports.She was treated at Hull Royal Infirmary, but her condition worsened and though she was transferred to Leeds General Infirmary, she could not be saved.The probe heard that sepsis developed from perforated bowel and underlying colitis, which led to multi-organ failure.The mum lapsed into a coma and her life support had to be turned off 11 days.
