Rebecca Grainger has told of her terrifying ordeal after her ex and two men left her kickboxing partner Caie Copp for dead.The mum-of-four immediately recognised Wayne Hall, 33, as he and two other men in balaclavas smashed through her front door in Pentrebane, Cardiff.Rebecca was five months pregnant at the time and at home with a child who saw her defenceless Caie, 29, beaten to a pulp before the men fled.Hall and co-defendant Tyler Mark Richards were last month jailed for more than eight years for the attack while the third attacker was never identified.
