A mum-of-four has been left to live in the shadow of a 19ft 'eyesore' after her neighbour had a shipping container craned into his tiny back garden.
The monstrosity looms just a few feet away from her living room doors, with a makeshift chimney added to the structure sending 'toxic' smoke drifting into her home on a daily basis.
Speaking to Hull Live, the mum - who wishes to remain anonymous - says she has complained to council bosses roughly six times, but they are "not interested".
She added that many of her neighbours on the Bransholme estate in Kingston-upon-Hull are equally annoyed. She said: "The council is just not interested.
