Khadija Bibi, 36, taunted Ayshea Kaur, 35, about her miscarriage and repeatedly abused her as a dispute turned ugly, magistrates heard.
Bibi had already been brooding over having to obtain retrospective planning permission for an extra room at the rear of her £250,000 suburban semi.
Initially the so-called "Battle of Milton Road" in Stretford, Greater Manchester began with the pair exchanging dirty looks over the moving by contractors of wheelie bins to clear guttering.
