Mary Robinson, who represents the Cheadle constituency, says the reasons for moving Queensgate Primary School from Bramhall to Woodford’s Garden Village are ‘not strong enough’.
However, the council says that no formal decision has yet been taken on the move, promising that parents will get the opportunity to have their say on the matter.
