Most travel fans get 'holiday glow' before they even jet off abroad, study says

Sign up to the Chill newsletter for weekly inspiration and advice on UK holidays Many of us get the "holiday glow" before we even step foot on a plane.According to a survey of 2,000 adults, two thirds of globe-trotters feel joyful in the days before heading off abroad.And one in 10 said this glow lasts up to a month after getting back from a break - at which point they book their next holiday and the cycle begins again.It also emerged 54% feel lost if they don't have a holiday to look forward to, while two thirds went as far as to say they need to get something booked now 'more than ever'.
