One of the men, George Boden, is a company boss from Stockport.Boden, the director of Wood Treatment Ltd in Bosley, pleads not guilty to four charges of gross negligence manslaughter.He denies a charge under the Health and Safety at Work Act, as did managers 58-year-old Philip Smith, from Macclesfield, and 56-year-old Peter.
