Marcus Rashford (born 31 October 1997) is an English professional footballer who plays as a forward for Premier League club Manchester United and the England national team.
A Manchester United player from the age of seven, he scored two goals on both his first-team debut against Midtjylland in the UEFA Europa League in February 2016 and his Premier League debut against Arsenal three days later.
He also scored in his first Manchester derby match, his first EFL Cup match and his first UEFA Champions League match. With United, Rashford has so far won the FA Cup, EFL Cup, FA Community Shield and UEFA Europa League.
Michael Owen has made a bold prediction over Manchester United's Premier League title chances after labelling them "the best counter-attacking teams in the country".
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side produced some of their best attacking football so far this season as they beat Sheffield United 3-2 in Thursday's Premier League clash.
United went behind early on before putting the Blades to the sword with their now customary fightback, with Marcus Rashford scoring twice in a dazzling display and Anthony Martial also on target.
With Mason Greenwood also looking lively, Solskjaer's first-choice front three ran riot as they started together for the first time since the 6-1 drubbing against Tottenham in October.
