Temperatures are set to plummet across Greater Manchester as February's chilly spell continues. Conditions have felt icy cold at times over the past two weeks, with bracing winds bringing a bitter chill to the region.
The Met Office says more cold weather is set to continue for the end of the week and over the weekend. Temperatures will hit highs between 3C and 5C across Greater Manchester today (February 13), before falling to overnight lows of zero or below.
But the 'feels like' temperature, which includes how wind and humidity affect the conditions we feel outside, which be cooler throughout the day.
Conditions will feel as cold as -3C in areas including Bolton and Oldham tonight. In Oldham and Rochdale, temperatures won't feel like they are above freezing, the Met Office says.
