Meghan claims publishing the letter was an "invasion of her privacy" but the newspaper publisher says it was already in the public domain after being discussed in an anonymous interview in a magazine by five of her friends, the Mirror reports.
Today, Meghan saw a victory in the ongoing 10-month legal battle as a senior judge ruled the identities of her five pals should remain protected.
