Meghan Markle faced a fresh blow in her privacy case against the Mail On Sunday today after the High Court ruled the paper can use highly publicised Finding Freedom in its defence.A judge ruled Mail on Sunday can reply on a recent biography about the Duke and Duchess in its defence against Meghan in the High Court.The Duchess of Sussex lodged a privacy claim against the publication earlier this year over the publication of a letter she sent to her estranged father, Thomas Markle.In the letter, Meghan told her "daddy" he broke her heart into a "million pieces" and caused her "unwarranted pain" in the lead up to her wedding to Prince Harry.
