Prince Harry is poised to celebrate Christmas in Los Angeles with his “surrogate dad” David Foster – snubbing the Queen for the second year in a row.

The plan is an echo of last year, when he and wife Meghan stayed away from Sandringham for baby son Archie’s first festivities, settling in at a mansion on Vancouver Island instead.

Canadian record producer Foster, 70 – a year younger than real dad Prince Charles – has been helping the Royals build their new life away from the UK.

His wife Katherine McPhee, 36 years his junior, was a pal of Meghan’s at Immaculate High School in LA. Foster has married five times and was previously wed to Yolanda Hadid, mum of models Gigi and Bella, and to Caitlyn Jenner’s ex-wife Linda Thompson.
