Mauricio Pochettino has warned Manchester United to expect “painful changes” if he is chosen to replace Ole Gunnar Solskjaer at Old Trafford.
Solskjaer is under increasing pressure to keep his job after United’s 1-0 defeat at home to Arsenal on Sunday, which has left them six points adrift of the top four down in 15th.
Red Devils legend Roy Keane believes his former team-mate will be sacked in the near future, admitting he is “really, really worried” about his old club.
Pochettino, who has been out of work since being sacked by Tottenham last year, is the leading contender to replace Solskjaer should he fall victim to the United axe.
