Wolves midfielder Ruben Neves after the midfielder’s impressive display against Tottenham.Neves has been the subject of transfer speculation for much of the summer as Wolves looked to rebuild their squad following the departure of manager Nuno Espirito Santo.Arsenal, Liverpool and the Red Devils have all been linked with a move for the Portuguese international, who has starred for Wolves in recent seasons.Despite the links with a departure, Neves has instead so far stayed at Molineux and was selected to start against Tottenham in Wolves’ second match of the season.The 24-year-old played alongside Joao Moutinho in central midfield in new manager Bruno Lage’s 3-4-3 system for the visit of Spurs.Tottenham ultimately narrowly won the game.
