Marcus Rashford (born 31 October 1997) is an English professional footballer who plays as a forward for Premier League club Manchester United and the England national team.
A Manchester United player from the age of seven, he scored two goals on both his first-team debut against Midtjylland in the UEFA Europa League in February 2016 and his Premier League debut against Arsenal three days later.
He also scored in his first Manchester derby match, his first EFL Cup match and his first UEFA Champions League match. With United, Rashford has so far won the FA Cup, EFL Cup, FA Community Shield and UEFA Europa League.
Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer had a challenge identifying some of his players from their baby days in a brilliant challenge.
The Norwegian has been in charge at Old Trafford since December 2018. And it has seen the 47-year-old get to know his players very well.
Footage has emerged, though, of Solskjaer struggling when faced with photos of the Red Devils from their younger days. The United boss sat down with UEFA for the challenge, which was posted online on Wednesday.
He was able to identify Anthony Martial and David de Gea straightaway. There was a moment’s pause before identifying captain Harry Maguire, who joined from Leicester over the summer.
