Officers were called out to a reported burglary on Furness Avenue at around 12.10am on Tuesday (April 27). Greater Manchester Police says two offenders - one male and one female - entered the property and took items including a computer, a kitchen knife and a wallet.
Following enquiries, police established that a window of the property had been broken and the occupant had been threatened with a knife by the male burglar.
Both suspects are described as white but no further details are currently known about the pair. No injuries were reported and no arrests have been
