Police were called out after an alarm was activated at a town centre pawnbroker on Monday afternoon (March 15). While officers were on the scene trying to deal with that incident, the teenager was spotted on CCTV trying to enter a police car.
Greater Manchester Police says the man swore at officers and had to be restrained as he was arrested for vehicle interference and a public order offence.
