More than half of young people believe the education system in the UK benefits the rich more than the poor, new polling has found.
An exclusive Survation poll of young people for the Daily Mirror found an overwhelming majority did not think Boris Johnson's government understands their lives.
The poll reveals the scale of youngsters' anger at the A-levels fiasco, which saw 40% of marks downgraded by a computer system - particularly children from poorer backgrounds.
Of 1043 16-to-18-year-olds quizzed online on Monday and Tuesday, some 55% said the education system in the UK benefits the better-off more than the less well-off.
