Chelsea are reportedly ready to splash out for West Ham midfielder Declan Rice to take their summer spending spree past the £250million mark.The Blues have been the most active team in Europe in this transfer window, already spending £130m on Timo Werner, Ben Chilwell, and Hakim Ziyech, while Malang Sarr and Thiago Silva have arrived on a free.And with Kai Havertz set to join from Bayer Leverkusen for around £70m plus bonuses, the club’s spending is already set to top £200m.But, according to The Sun, Frank Lampard still wants Rice from West Ham, with the Hammers rating their star player at £80m.The Chelsea boss is a big fan of the England international but the club only want to pay closer to £65m.But the report claims that Lampard is happy.
