Perth and Kinross Council’s headquarters are expected to be completed by June.The council’s iconic Perth building at 2 High Street suffered “extensive flooding” during spectacular thunderstorms last year.The conditions in August saw the worst Perth and Kinross flooding since 1993.Over 200 properties in the region were flooded internally - with many more affected externally - including Perth Leisure Pool and PKC’s headquarters.Back in September, Conservative council leader Murray Lyle told the PA he understood the council chambers were the worst part of the building affected by the flooding.
