Six fire engines were scrambled to Dean Street in Radcliffe at around 7.30pm on Tuesday (10 August) to reports of the blaze.
The property was 'well alight' when crews arrived at the scene, Greater Manchester Fire Service said. READ MORE: Police launch investigation after man was stabbed during disturbance It is thought the blaze involved the roof space of the terraced house.
Officers from Greater Manchester Police and North West Ambulance Service also attended the scene. It is not clear if anyone has been injured.
