Skargards (from £2,290) and Urban Cedar (from £4,995) both offer free-standing wood-panelled hot tubs. For something a little different, new brand Tubmarine launched in the UK this year to offer a wood-fired hot tub, the result of seven years’ research by founder Chris Galley.
Made from 80% recycled materials, including a stainless-steel interior and an exterior clad with Kebony, an eco-friendly wood specially treated to make it more durable, it uses no electricity and takes around two hours to heat up.
