Following a conference call involving Premier League clubs on Monday, it was announced that a unanimous vote had been passed on a return to training, with United's players heading back to Carrington in small groups from Wednesday.
Shaw spoke of his excitement at the resumption of training and confirmed how players will be required to reduce all health-related risks while on the premises.
