United players and first-team staff members spent 15 minutes at Carrington, where a drive-thru COVID-19 testing facility was set up last week.
United’s squad have been training in groups of two or three in recent weeks, with Paul Pogba, Andreas Pereira and Victor Lindelof having done so in a park on Thursday.
