Ole Gunnar Solskjær KSO (Norwegian pronunciation: (About this soundlisten); born 26 February 1973) is a Norwegian professional football manager and former player. He is currently the manager of English club Manchester United. As a player, he played as a forward and spent most of his career with Manchester United. Solskjær also supervises a training academy for young footballers in his home town of Kristiansund, and is a patron of the Manchester United Supporters' Trust.

Luke Shaw believes Mason Greenwood can be Man Utd's next Robin van Persie

Manchester United star Luke Shaw has backed youngster Mason Greenwood to turn into another Robin van Persie at the club. Greenwood has impressed under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, scoring five Premier League goals this season while netting the same amount in the Europa League.

The striker is just 18 but has proven himself when given a chance under Solskjaer having been handed his debut towards the end of last season.

Van Persie had made an immediate impact after arriving at Old Trafford from Arsenal in 2012, scoring 26 Premier League goals in his first season with the Red Devils.
