Shaughna shared a picture of three plastic canisters of fat after a fan asked what she'd had removed in the procedure. She replied: "I had just over 2l of fat removed from my calves by the lovely Dr Dennis Wolf." The star revealed that she blocked people from commenting on her legs before she went into the villa earlier this year because she was self-conscious about them.
