Former Eternal member Louise, 46, shares sons Charles, 16, and Beau, 12, with ex Jamie, whom she split from in 2017. Jamie has since moved on with Swedish model Frida, 37, and the pair are expecting their first child together.
Former Tottenham Hotspur player Jamie has kept his new romance away from the limelight but, he recently shared the first snaps of himself with Frida on Instagram last week as they holiday in Santorini, Greece.
