LOUIS Tomlinson's sister Lottie says she's "excited" to be a mum after family tragedies gave her an '"armour to deal with anything".
The 21-year-old has been working through the grief of losing her mother and sister within three years. But after turning to a therapist for extra support, Lottie has now become an ambassador for Sue Ryder to encourage more people to seek help with their grief.
