Nadia Sawalha has celebrated her cellulite in a body positive video as she slammed diet cultures as 'b*****ks'. Acknowledging how January is usually the time people turn to quick fix remedies to transform after over-indulging over Christmas, Loose Women Nadia urged her followers to take a different approach.

Leading by example, the 56-year-old TV star took to Instagram to share a video of her dancing in a high-cut swimsuit that showed off her thighs and bum.

As she shimmied away Nadia let the camera zoom in on the 'dimples' on her skin - which she said she was totally unashamed of.

The mum said she felt inspired to speak out after being infuriated by the amount of 'Photoshopped' pictures and diet adverts she seen on social media in recent
