Tough restrictions for the retail sector and a number of other services will ease slightly.Hairdressers and barbers are among the businesses allowed to open on from Easter Monday.But the reopening of a number of shops comes after Nicola Sturgeon urged caution as she asked shoppers to try and go to stores later in the week to avoid big crowds gathering.The First Minister said last week: "All shops will be allowed to operate click and collect services from Monday [today] – although you will need an appointment to pick up your goods."Car showrooms and forecourts will also reopen.
