He behaved in a threatening or abusive way in Argyle Street, Rothesay, in breach of Section 38(1) of the Criminal Justice and Licensing (Scotland) Act 2010.
He also resisted, obstructed or hindered Police Constables Leslie Duncan and Natalie Smith by struggling with them, in breach of the Police and Fire Reform (Scotland) Act 2012.
