This Morning's Josie Gibson has opened up about why she didn't step into Holly Willoughby's shoes on the popular ITV show.The 39 year old joined the daytime programme in 2019 as a segment host and has since become a relief presenter. When Holly, now 43, announced her departure last year, there was speculation that Josie might take over. However, Cat Deeley, 47, and Ben Shephard, 49, were later revealed as the new faces of This Morning, replacing Holly and Phillip Schofield, 62, who also left the show last year.

READ NEXT: Great British Bake Off star claims key part of the show is faked The 82-year-old took to the stage as part of her Nothing in Moderation UK tour where she admitted that she had a disastrous event at the beginning of her career.Prue’s company, Leith's Good Food, catered an event where she admits 28 people ended up in hospital with one man left in critical condition after she served an inedible chicken mayonnaise.She exclaimed: “You can't be in catering for 30 years without something going disastrously wrong.”The cookery writer revealed her company was asked to make up the chicken dish for 25 people on an exceptionally hot day.However, more guests were added to the event which led to disaster after the venue they worked at also had no proper refrigeration, meaning the food was left out for longer.The broadcaster told the present crowd: “The cooks poached another chicken while the flesh was still warm, which is a crime, and they mixed with the chicken that was already there”.Prue continued: “This chicken sat there and lunch was very late and we managed to poison everybody.”The former restaurateur admitted that she was left traumatized by the experience, one she would never forget because of the status of some of the people involved.

All the crimes happened at stores in Bath at various periods in 2021 and earlier this year.During the court case, White's lawyer told how because his dad was "well-known and wealthy", White Junior was being bullied and attacked in jail.White, who also appeared on Big Brother in 2016, has been battling heroin addiction since a car accident aged 18, the court heard.His solicitor said that when White is released from prison next year, he has been offered a chef's position at his father's restaurant and he was determined to get clean.Hollywood A-lister Michael Douglas's eldest son Cameron from his first marriage has a long history of drug abuse.Cameron, 43, served a seven-year prison sentence in 2016 for drug-related offences which included heroin possession and dealing methamphetamine and cocaine.While behind bars he was also found to be smuggling drugs into prison, for which he had his sentence lengthened.
