Anita Baker is celebrating her 40th anniversary as a solo musical artist by heading out on the road for her first full tour in nearly three decades.In all, the eight-time Grammy winning rhythm and blues singer will make her way to 15 cities, starting on February 11, 2023 at Hard rock Live in Hollywood, Florida, that will be scattered throughout the year.She will also make stops across the country in the southern region before heading to the East Coast, back to the South, then wind down on the West Coast in late December of 2023. R&B great returns: Anita Baker, 64, announced a 15 city tour of the U.S.

Three friends who went on holiday together to Mexico were mysteriously found dead in an Airbnb, leaving their devastated families desperate for answers. Courtez Hall, 33, from New Orleans and Kandace Florence and Jordan Marshall, both 28, from Virginia, were all found dead on November 2 in Mexico City, during the country's Day of the Dead celebrations, the Mirror reports.

Sunu Gonera, the co-creator and director of upcoming TV series Parish, has been let go from the show following a sexual misconduct investigation.AMC Networks confirmed Gonera's termination on Monday in a statement shared with Deadline, writing that the Zimbabwe-born filmmaker was 'immediately suspended and then terminated at the conclusion of an internal investigation.' Sources speaking with the publication shared that the incident was an alleged sexual assault that took place in late September at 'an off-set apartment outside of production hours' in New Orleans, where the show is currently being filmed. The comedian was most recently seen starring opposite Jon Hamm in “Confess, Fletch,” which was released on Sept. 16. Matt Donnelly Senior Film Writer Hong Chau has joined the cast of the anticipated new film from “The Favourite” and “The Lobster” director Yorgos Lanthimos. Chau, who has been prolific in recent years, joins a stacked ensemble featuring Emma Stone, Jesse Plemons, Willem Dafoe and Margaret Qualley. Plot details are (frustratingly) under wraps from the Greek master of subversion, who has also given us “The Killing of a Sacred Deer” and “Dogtooth.” Lanthimos directs from a script he wrote with Efthimis Filippou (reuniting after both “Lobster” and “Sacred Deer”). Searchlight Pictures is financing and distributing the project with Element Pictures and Film4. Ed Guiney and Andrew Lowe of Element, Kasia Malipan and Lanthimos are producing. Principal photography begins this month in Chau’s native New Orleans.
