Liverpool's Virgil van Dijk has been told he is a better defender than "dog" Nemanja Vidic - by France World Cup winner Frank Leboeuf.
Van Dijk has been crucial to Liverpool's success in recent seasons, having played a key role in last year's Champions League triumph after helping the Reds reach two successive finals in the compeition.
The Dutchman's calm and consistent performances at centre-back also won him the UEFA Men's Player of the Year award and have helped take Jurgen Klopp's side to within two wins of this season's Premier League title.
And in between, Liverpool have collected the Club World Cup and UEFA Super Cup. Van Dijk has some way to go before he can match Vidic's silverware collection, however.
