Liverpool legend Robbie Fowler says he was turned down by four League One clubs as revealed his struggles trying to land a manager's job in England.
Fowler was known as 'God' by Liverpool fans thanks to his 183 goals for the Reds between 1993 and 2001. He is now manager of Brisbane Roar and has guided them into the top four of the Australian A-League - but feels he has never been taken seriously when applying for manager's roles at English football clubs.
