Liverpool seem set to welcome vice-captain James Milner and attacking midfielder Xherdan Shaqiri back to the matchday squad for Sunday's visit of West Bromwich Albion to Anfield.
The Reds pair both sustained injuries in November, with Milner limping off in the 1-1 draw at Brighton with a hamstring complaint and Shaqiri not seen since the draw at Manchester City earlier in the month.
The duo have now completed the necessary number of training sessions Jurgen Klopp likes to put his players through before considering them for a return - at least two - and should be in the 20-man party to take on Sam Allardyce's Baggies.
