That being said, there's potential for Lightyear to be a success as Disney Pixar fans saw a similar thing happen with the film Coco. The 2017 film opened at $50.8 million in the US and then went on to be a huge success and take $210 million in the states and over $800 million across the globe.Although the film is not being shown in certain countries after it has been banned due to depictions of a same-sex relationship.
