Leeds have opened talks with Bayern Munich for French midfielder Michael Cuisance. Leeds want to sign at least two more players before the transfer window closes on Monday, despite splashing out over £80million already this summer, and are targeting Cuisance.
Bayern only signed Cuisance last summer from Borussia Moenchengladbach and want around £18million for the France youth international.
Leeds are prepared to offer Cuisance, who idolised Zinedine Zidane as a kid, a five-year contract at Elland Road and it is understood a deal is possible.
Bayern coach Hansi Flick left Cuisance out of his squad for Sunday’s shock loss to Hoffenheim, claiming he had omitted him for tactical reasons.
