South Lanarkshire Council's Labour Group Leader Councillor Joe Fagan (East Kilbride Central North) has written to local government minister Aileen Campbell about concerns over testing of people working for the council.With the high absence rate caused by the virus, Councillor Fagan feels more testing would allow more workers to come out of isolation and help keep local government working through the crisis.Part of the government's exit strategy, Councillor Fagan suggested, should be based around experience from other countries using a "testing and tracing" system to limit the spread of the virus.He was also worried about the continuing
