Last of summer heat to hit later this month with highs of 26C

Weather conditions such as thunderstorms, rain and strong gale look set to strike much of the UK from next week, according to weather model WXCharts.

However, these conditions are set to be temporary this month as temperatures will rise to a balmy 26C in parts of the UK on September 14.The Met Office forecast for the last two weeks of September says the country will face a split in the weather conditions it experiences.
