Kristen Bell's new alcoholic character winds up getting arrested playing detective of a murder she's not even sure she witnessed in the second trailer for her upcoming dark comedic thriller.The title of the eight-episode limited series - premiering January 28 on Netflix - is quite a mouthful: The Woman in the House Across the Street from the Girl in the Window.The 41-year-old Veronica Mars alum executive produced the strangely-toned satire and stars as Anna, a lonely alcoholic who suspects her British neighbor Neil (Tom Riley) murdered someone.
