American actress Kirstie Alley has slammed Netflix teen drama 13 Reasons Why. The Hollywood star, 69, took to social media on Monday to ask parents to ban their children from watching the controversial series, which premiered its final run earlier this month.
13 Reasons Why has faced much criticism across its run for its handling of suicide, rape, murder, bullying, and mental illness.
Taking to Twitter, Kirstie boldly tweeted: "Don’t let your kids watch 13 Reasons Why... "DARK so DARK and such an onslaught of the most non stop f****d upness to come down the highschool pike since Caligula was 16."
